What does the design process of Milly + Co. involve?

  1. Deposit - A 50% deposit is required before commencing a new design project.
  2. Q&A - In order to get to know your business, a series of questions will be asked. These will include who is your target market, your personal likes and dislikes, what appeals to you, what you believe appeals to your target market, what sensations you want to evoke via your business representation, what colour palettes you prefer, etc.
  3. Concept - After a profile for your business is established, research and brainstorming takes place. This is labeled the concept stage where a series of images serve as inspiration for the design project. From this inspiration I derive a colour palette, or multiple colour palettes, and work toward delivering 3 concepts.
  4. Design - From the 3 concepts delivered, the client and myself work toward finalising the design in which we think works best. We will work on the colour palette, as well as the design itself, to ensure the final outcome appropriately meets the original design brief.
  5. Final Payment - Full payment is required following the completion of the design stage.
  6. Delivery - Preparation of files to final art. The client receives files for various applications: ai file (vector), eps file (vector), PDF file (vector), hi-res JPEG (image), PNG file (image), watermark file (PNG simplified, one colour version), Facebook thumbnail.
  • The specifics of the design process may vary depending on the project; however, deposit, payment and delivery standards will remain unchanged.

  1. Logos from $300 (3 concepts + 3 revisions).
  2. Unlimited revisions add $150.
